Gingerbread University Sessions Gingerbreadology 101 -    One hour.  Always available.  Our most popular activity.  Perfect for children, mommy, grandma, grandpa & me projects, individuals looking for a family day out,  schools, fraternal organizations and non-profits.  Decorate your own pre-baked, pre- assembled deluxe Gingerbread House or other specialty piece.  Out patented royal icing and decorating candy kit themed to the season or your wishes will be provided.  Our Gingerelvestm will assist you!  Take home your own "one-of-a-kind" fully decorated, totally edible Gingerbread creation to display or consume  your family and friends.  Receive a decorative diploma in Gingerbreadology!tm.  Gingerbreadology 210 - (2 hours)  A more advanced session that explores the techniques of Gingerbread House building, fabrication and design.  Roofs, chimneys, bell towers, cupolas, window and door systems will be examined.  Utilize these techniques to embellish your own Deluxe Gingerbread House.  Create a beautiful centerpiece that with proper care will last for months!   Your own completely edible "work of art."  Patented icing and candy decorating kit is included.  Gingerbreadology 301 - (2 hours)  Explore numerous ways to embellish your deluxe Gingerbread Creation.  Themebuilding includes landscape and yard design and integration, the use of specialty cookie and cake products and an introduction to figure candy making. Fun! Gingerbreadology 401 - (2 hours)  This session is based upon our instructors premise that you can make just about anything out of Gingerbread!... and we've done it!  Houses, trains, boats, planes, cars,  tractors, animals, let your imagination do the visualizing and construct your specialty piece out of existing gingerbread pieces cut to your specifications.
